From August 8th to 9th, Hithunder Group was honored to participate in the 60th anniversary celebration and new material development forum of our esteemed partner, Jilin Fiber Group. This grand event marked not only a milestone in the development of Jilin Fiber Group but also an important exchange for innovation and development in the global new material field. Nearly 2000 representatives from customers hailing from 11 countries including China, Italy, Switzerland, South Korea, and Turkey, as well as more than 20 provinces and cities within China, gathered to explore innovation and development in the new material industry.
During the celebration, Hithunder Group showcased our latest innovative product - the high-precision mechanical structure carbon fiber beam. Known for its lightweight, high strength, high modulus, low thermal expansion coefficient, fatigue resistance, and corrosion resistance, this product is an ideal choice for precision processing equipment such as CNC machines, laser cutting equipment, semiconductor equipment, and 3D printers. It not only meets the dual demands of high acceleration and precision simultaneously, but also represents the development direction of new-type material beams.
In the exhibition area, a variety of carbon fiber products attracted the attention of many visitors, including drones, rail transit trains, wind turbine blade plates, car hubs, carbon fiber bicycles, snowboards, rackets, fishing rods, etc. These exhibits not only demonstrated the wide application of carbon fiber materials but also reflected the innovative vitality of the new material industry.
During the forum, we had the privilege of witnessing the first flight of a manned drone, an impressive display of innovative technology. In addition, we visited the advanced production workshops of Jilin Fiber Group and gained a deeper understanding of a variety of carbon fiber products, which further deepened our understanding of new material manufacturing processes.
Over the past 60 years, Jilin Fiber Group has grown from a small factory to become the leading enterprise with the largest new material carbon fiber production capacity in the country. Its historical exhibition hall condenses the development history of the enterprise, from the first silk production, the first technological upgrade, the first product innovation, the first export of foreign exchange... Each "first time" is a manifestation of the innovative spirit of Jilin Fiber Group.
Jilin Fiber Group adheres to the strategy of "revitalizing enterprises through science and technology," continuously improving the scientific and technological innovation system, establishing professional research institutes, post-doctoral scientific research workstations, and carrying out innovative activities for all employees. The enterprise currently has 154 national patents and has drafted 16 national and industry standards. In the past 10 years, Jilin Fiber has held an innovation conference every two years, rewarding significant innovative achievements with nearly ten million yuan in total, cultivating more than 30 scientific and technological leaders with outstanding contributions, and achieving a benefit of 3.2 billion yuan.
Looking to the future, Hithunder Group firmly believes that with the strong support of our partner Jilin Fiber Group and the continuous investment and innovation of our Hebei production base, we will continue to provide global customers with higher quality solutions and more high-end carbon fiber products. We are committed to promoting the development of the carbon fiber composite material industry and contributing to the progress in this field.
During this celebration, we also heard speeches and prospects from many leaders and industry experts. They emphasized the importance of innovation and proposed to accelerate the formation of production relations more suitable for new quality production forces, issuing a call to build a high-level market economic system. At the same time, new expectations were put forward for Jilin Fiber Group, hoping that it can seize opportunities, vigorously develop new quality production forces, and solve the "chokepoint" problems of key national material technologies.
